Return an item

We want you to be happy with your new clothing, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's what you need to know before you return an item.

Changed your mind

Finding the perfect fit is important, especially for us bears with real bodies. You have 14 days to change your mind and return your item. This starts the day after you receive your order.

The item must be in its original, unworn condition - you can try it on briefly just like you would in a shop, but it should look new with no signs it's been worn or washed.

Problem with your item

Sometimes things aren't quite right, and that's okay too. This starts the day after you receive your order.

You can return an item if:

• It's faulty such as dodgy stitching, holes or factory stains

• We sent you the wrong size or design

• It doesn't match how it was described on our website

• It isn't suitable for what it's meant to be used for

Paying for the return

You must cover the cost of returning the item if you've changed your mind. For faulty items, wrong items, or items not as described, we'll cover the return postage costs.
