Return an item
We want you to be happy with your new clothing, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's what you need to know before you return an item.
It’s okay to change your mind
You have 14 days to decide if you love your new clothes. If not, you can send it back as long as it's still in its original condition and you haven't worn it.
There’s a problem with the item
You have 30 days to return the item if there's a problem with your new clothes. You can return an item if it’s:
faulty, such as bad stitching, a hole, or a stain that happened when the item was made,
not what you ordered,
not as described on our website,
not suitable for the intended occasion.
Paying for the return
You must cover the cost of returning the item unless it's faulty, not what you ordered, or not as described. If any of these things happen, we'll pay for the return.
