Learn how to pay for your order and what to do if you need help.

Payment methods

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club International, Discover Card, JCB, UnionPay)

  • Apple Pay

  • Klarna and Afterpay

  • Cubbie & Co. gift cards

We do not accept cheques or bank transfers.

Promotional codes

You can use promotional codes exclusively on our website. To redeem a code, first, add products to your basket and then enter your code during the checkout process. Please note that you can only use one code per order. To use additional codes, you will need to place separate orders.

You must use your code by 23:59 (11:59 PM) UK time on the promotion's end date. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash, and all offers are subject to stock availability.

Making your payment

  1. Add items to your basket

  2. Enter your promotional code if you have one

  3. Choose how to pay

  4. Fill in your payment details

  5. Confirm your order

We take payment when you place your order.

Payment security

We protect your details with secure encryption. Your bank might check it's you by:

  • Sending a code to your phone or email

  • Asking you to approve payment in your banking app

Keep your contact details up-to-date with your bank to avoid delays.

Payment problems

If your payment is declined, you should contact your bank to understand the reason for the decline.

Changing or cancelling your order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to prevent it from being shipped by our supplier, but this isn't always possible. If we successfully cancel your order, you can then place a new order. Please note that once an order is placed, you cannot change the payment method.
