2. Why you should read these terms
You should read these terms before you buy something from us. They explain:
who we are,
how we'll deliver your order,
what to do if there's a problem.
If you think something's wrong with these terms, you should contact Cubbie and Co.

5. How we’ll contact you
We might contact you by phone, email, or mail using the information you gave us when you ordered.
6. Who you are buying from
Your contract is with Cubbie & Co, not anyone else involved in your order, such as a fulfilment partner.
7. Placing your order
A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you an "Order confirmation" email. The confirmation will list the items you've brought, the total price, and delivery costs.
8. Order issues
Sometimes we cannot accept an order because:
the product is out of stock,
there's a mistake with the product price or description,
we cannot meet a delivery date.
If we cannot accept your order, we'll let you know and will not charge you.
9. Order number
We'll give you an order number when your order is accepted. Please use this number if you need to contact us.
10. Order updates
We'll email you when we start making the product and when it's ready to ship. If you ordered multiple items, you might get separate shipping emails.
11. International sales
We'll try to print your order close to you, but sometimes we might need to print it somewhere else. You're responsible for paying any import taxes or fees when your order arrives in your country. As the importer of record you must complete all paperwork and tell customs what your order is.
Check our Shipping guide to see where we deliver before ordering and item
12. Product appearance
The product you receive may look slightly different than the pictures on our website. However, it will still function in the same way and be the same quality as described.
13. Order information
You must give us your correct size and address when ordering. If you make a mistake, we might cancel your order or charge you extra. You're responsible for any problems caused by incorrect information.
Check our Size and fit guide before ordering an item.
14. Make changes to your order
If you need to change your order, get in contact with us as soon as possible. We’ll let you know if this affects the price, delivery date, or other details. You’ll need to say yes before we make any changes to your order.
15. Our right to make changes
We sometimes make small changes to our products for legal reasons, to fix a problem, or to make them better. You'll still be able to use the product in the same way.
We also sometimes update our digital content. When you get it, we'll make sure that the content matches the description.
16. Delivery
We display delivery costs at the checkout. Delivery times are only an estimate. If we agree on a specific delivery date and it isn't met, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If no one's home when your order arrives, the delivery driver might leave a card to arrange a redelivery or collection. If you choose to collect your order, you should do this as soon as possible. We’re not responsible for any extra charges if you don't.
You become responsible for the item once it's delivered or collected. You own it once you've paid in full.
17. Your right to end the contract
Your right to end the contract depends on the product type, any problems with it, our performance, and when you decide to cancel.
You change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013): You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after you receive your order. During this time, you can cancel your order for any reason. See section 18 for exceptions to this cooling-off period.

We make a mistake: If we change the price, send you the wrong item, or miss a specific delivery date we agreed on, you can cancel your order and get a full refund for any products you haven’t received. If we breach the contract in any way, you can cancel and get a refund.
18. Exceptions to the cooling-off period

20. Our right to end the contract
We may cancel the contract if you don't pay within 14 days of being reminded or if you don't give us the information we need when we ask for it.
